Welcome to the WSRM 2017 Registration Information page! Online Registration will be closed at 24:00, April 30, 2017 on local time. Any registrations received after this time will be considered to be On-site Registration which is applied as Late Registration fee. To benefit from lower registration rates, it is strongly recommended that you take advantage of early bird registration.

* Medical students aged less than 35 years who are studying for a degree including first degrees, PhD or MD but who have not yet obtained their degree.
They must supply a copy of their University or College student card to support their application for this reduced fee.

- Children over 12 years will be treated as accompanying persons. If you have applied for WSRM membership then you will be considered as member of WSRM

The invitation letter does not imply any commitment on the part of organizer to provide financial support.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation must be notified in writing to the WSRM 2017 secretariat. Please refer to the following cut-off date for cancellation.
All refunds will be made after the congress for administrative reasons and bank charges will be deducted from the refunded amount.
